About Seychelle Water Filters –
Seychelle has developed two powerful filters that provide safe, great tasting water.
Ideal for outdoor use and emergency preparedness, the Domestic Water Filter can be used in any type of water source, with the exception of salt water, and is effective up to four logs (meaning germs are reduced 100,000 times), or 99.99%, in the removal of bacteria, viruses, contaminants and pollutants found in fresh water.
Recommended for travel abroad, the International Water Filter is comprised of the same materials and provides the same protection as the Domestic Filter, but in addition contains an EPA approved iodinated resin, which has been proven effective in the removal of bacteria and viruses up to six logs (meaning germs are reduced 1,000,000 times), or 99.9999%.
Both the Domestic and International filters contain BIOSAFE®, which is an antimicrobial polymer that physically disrupts the target organism's cell membrane, thereby reducing microbial contamination. It is safe, non-toxic, non-leaching, and approved by the EPA, FDA and NSF. The Ionic-Adsorption Micro-Filtration System is like a water filtration facility within a portable bottle. The patented Seychelle Ionic-Adsorption Micro-Filtration reduces the following zones of contamination up to 99.99% through Adsorption, Absorption, chemical bonding, chelation, and depth filtration:
Not all food storage is created equal. Many food storage companies can advertise low prices because they drop the calories in their meals. A great apples to apples comparison is to calculate the cost per pound. This will give you a better indicator of the TRUE cost.
